Trouble Embedding Spotify in My Blog Posts

I’m trying to make a weekly post where I share music that I’ve been listening to, and an important part of that for me is embedding the music into my post. I’ve tried with the embed link, which didn’t help at all (there was just the ‘music not found’ icon from Spotify). So, then I went to the Help site again and tried the plain text format, which was worse because nothing at all happened. I tried to troubleshoot, but nothing was hyperlinked, there was no whitespace before the link, and it was formatted correctly as far as the guide said. I would very much like any kind of help for this. It’s really frustrating when something that should be so easy is so difficult. I’ve been trying on and off for a day or two to figure it out. Thanks for reading, please help.
