Trouble embedding YouTube video

  I am trying to embed a YouTube video on my WordPress site. I have removed the hyperlink to the video URL and made sure that there are no other characters or spaces in the line in the page editor. Yet, all I get on the page is the URL. What am I doing wrong?

  What you have posted is the video URL within a list. Try this instead:

  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vE07wdhKHHg

  I tried that and it still shows up as simply the URL. Is there another reason why the video does not appear?

  Oh, you’re centering it too.

  Centering it wraps the URL in a paragraph tag, thus breaking the embed.

  I have removed that, and its working just fine now. The video will always center itself.
