Trouble Exporting XML content from wordpress.com to self-hosted

Hi,
I’m am transferring my blog to a self hosted wordpress.org site hosted by bluehost. I saves content as XML file in WordPress.com exporter tool, but then when I try to import via wordpress.org dashboard, I get error message “Failed to import author . Their posts will be attributed to the current user.” Then nothing actually gets transferred and screen repeats error messages such as “Failed to import post tag
Failed to import. Media “photo (1)” already exists.”
Can anyone help? Thanks.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
