  Are you trying to regain access to the WordPress.com account that owns that site?

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  There are quite a few subscriptions under that account, so you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
