Trouble getting a new blog on my account

  I bought a domain this AM with Dynadot. my web sever is IWeb.
  I contacted my server and I followed all the instruction he gave me, including setting it up to Word press.
  When I get to Word Press to create a new Blog, I am asked to enter the name of my new domain.
  I can`t go any further as I am continually told that this domain is already register.
  I registered it myself ,and they don`t seem to connect it to me . What should I do ?
