Trouble getting refund.

    This is my second communication. I am shutting down my page called The Climax Papers due to being too ill to manage it right now. A day or so after the automated renewal payment went through I asked if there was something I could do to get a refund since I will not be using the site and haven’t been for a while. Haven’t heard back yet. I clicked on the request a refund link and it took me to dashboard and I don’t see anything about requesting a refund. Please give me an answer on this.

    It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
