trouble getting Zemanta to work since early last week

    I was having a blast with Zemanta’s related links and suggested tags till this last week. Now it’s there, but I can’t get it to work. I tried going to user, my personal settings, and turning it on. I tried downloading it. I don’t know what happened but I want and need it back. Can someone help me troubleshoot this?     Apparently Zemanta is having some internal problems right now and they’re working on a fix.

    Hey Samuel, thanks for reaching out, I’ll gladly help!

    So if I understood you right, you downloaded, installed & activated our browser extension but you’re still missing your full Zemanta widget?

    If so, go to your create-new-post page, open up the ‘Screen Options’ drop-down menu and un-tick the box next to “Use Zemanta to find related content”. After that, refresh the whole page and wait for your widget to load up. (Also make sure that your browser extension is enabled/activated.)

    Hey Sally, I forgot to paste the link to our downloads page, where you can get the correct browser extension, before proceeding with the steps I described earlier — here’s the link: http://zem.si/PqCSDD

    After you successfully downloaded, installed & activated your extension, follow those steps I described above, and you should be good to go.
