  hi, I have had my blog for two days and started a website. today when I logged in I find any of my post from the 1st day and I don’t have a plug in option.
  Please help.

  Plugins are not available on wordpress.COM blogs. We don’t have FTP access to wordpress.COM sites, so you cannot upload plugins. Do you have specific plugins in mind that you want, because most of them have workarounds or widgets for wordpress.COM? If there isn’t a workaround, then you may want to consider a wordpress.ORG self-hosted blog.

  I also recommend that you go though: http://learn.wordpress.com/ since you are new to wordpress.COM

  You can find all your posts in Posts -> All Posts, you may need to check in the drafts section and the trash section. So far you haven’t published any posts.
