Trouble Importing a Tumblr blog that was a custom domain

    I’m trying to import my tumblr blog but it says that I have a custom domain.
    I’ve deactivated my custom domain on tumblr but even after disconnecting and
    reconnecting several times, WP still keeps saying my tumblr blog is using a
    custom domain so I can’t import my content.

    At this point it’s been over 24 hours since I’ve turned off my custom domain on Tumblr so it shouldn’t be pointing to it at all. Yet, I’m still getting the custom domain error. I’ve attempted logging in to my WP account on different browsers in case it was a cache issue and I’m getting that error everywhere.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    If you’re getting the custom domain error even after switching off the domain on Tumblr’s end, disconnect in the importer, and then go to the Apps section in Tumblr settings and remove WordPress there: https://www.tumblr.com/settings/apps

    Then clear your browser cache and restart the import.

    Let me know if it still won’t work.
