Trouble importing content

  Hello,

  I’m sorry for the bother but I’m having trouble importing my Tumblr accounts to WordPress. I already did so for one, and it went fine, even if it took quite some time.

  However, now that I’m trying to do the same for another one, I get the following message: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’

  The problem is, there is no other import running at this point. I tried to clear the import, and logged out. Nothing seems to be cutting it.

  Is there something that could be done to help?

  Hello, and thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

  I’m trying to import to http://marloviandevil.wordpress.com/

  It ended up working with another blog, so it could be that it’s just taking time, I guess.

  The importer does appear stuck on that site, so I’ve reset it.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
