Trouble Importing From LiveJournal

    Hello,

    After LiveJournal went down under DDoS for the second time this year and my paid account is getting me nowhere, I’ve decided to switch over to WordPress. I have been having some problems though.

    Can someone assist me? I’ve been using the import tool but it keeps timing out when I try to import.

    Plus, I believe I may have double-imported a batch of entries.

    If you may have double-imported entries, I can empty out your entire blog so you can try again.

    Would you like to do that?

    As for the timeouts, that’s happening on their end, and we have no control over it. You may have better luck when their servers get back under control.
