Trouble importing from tumblr

  The importer says that if it has not completed within 24 hours to contact support. It’s been a little over that and appears nothing has imported at all, and I can’t try again because it also says that I can only have one import running at a time. I’ve followed the directions given on the page to try and restart or refresh the connection in the event that the import stalls out, but that has also not worked. Is there something else I can try doing? Thank you for your time.
