Trouble in login in with another ID

  Hi ! As a wordpress user, I have my own ID and pass to get into it ; but I need to help a friend of mine with her web project, and I can’t get into her pages with her ID and pass, even when I log out from my own account. Is there any cookie control that might stop ? Thanks for your help !

  Can she log in on her own computer?

  What does the error message say? Make sure you type the username or email address and password correctly.
