Trouble in transaction while purchasing domain and plan

  Hi,
  I am from India and I am unable to do payment via virtual visa card for purchase of domain and plan. The error message I am getting states, ‘transaction cannot be done. Please try with another card.

  Same issue persisted while trying to pay via citibank maestro card too.

  Please help.

  Thanks for getting in touch. Which plan were you trying to add to your account?

  Please try clearing your browser cache and entering the card details again. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  You can also submit payment via PayPal.

  Let me know if you are still having trouble.

  Hi,

  Thanks for your readily assistance :-) Will try again and inform you.

  I found out that the virtual card from my bank can be used for transactions within India only. Is it possible to do payment via virtual card from entropay? Please suggest.

  Hi Sindhu –

  I will create a manual payment link and email it to you. Try the payment there, it may be successful. If not, you’ll need to try PayPal or another card.

  Thanks so much for your kind support. My bad luck, the card is not being accepted. Meanwhile I received an email from Laura Bondini, WordPress Forum Moderator, about WordPress.ORG. I will check if I can go for WordPress.ORG.
