Why is the insert button still greyed out?

  I want to insert images into my blog post from Flickr, so I tried inserting image URL. I filled in all the mandatory info and would like to have clicked “insert into post” but the button remained grey. I’m running the latest version of Firefox. What am I doing wrong?

  It may be that the image URL you entered wasn’t validating properly. Can you let me know what image from Flickr you are trying to insert? I can then take a look and see if I can reproduce the same thing. Thanks!

  I forgot to ask you… Do I need to take it off the private setting? I ended up directly uploading photos into the post, but I would much rather simply pick up the photos from Flickr, unless you know of a reason I shouldn’t.

  If you were entering the URLs specified above, that’ll be the cause of your error, as those link to HTML pages for the images and not the images themselves. To get the image link, right-click the image on the Flickr screen and go to the appropriate “View all sizes” link. Then right-click and copy the image URL. Pasting that in should work like a charm.
