trouble inseting images

When I try to insert an image it keeps on bouncing up to the top and will not insert where I place the cursor. I have tried everything you have suggested and still doesn’t work. Can someone please go into my account and see if there is a bug??

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about this! When you insert the image, can you click on the image with your mouse and drag it to the desired location? The cursor should move to where you want it to. I created a screencast of how this should work:
I’ve looked into your site and there is no bug that I can find. Let me know if it isn’t working like the screencast and I’d be happy to take a further look!

Ah, I’m sorry to hear that! Since I’m able to do this it on my computer, I believe the issue may just be independent to your computer. I want to try ruling out any browser issues first.
Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
Also, make sure that your browser is updated to the most recent version:
Then, can you try testing this out on other browsers like Google Chrome and Firefox? This is a great way to see if it’s independent to just your current browser.
