Trouble installing

  Hello

  I viewed the tutorial of how to upload a theme, but every time I go to appearance then to themes there is no install theme tab at the top right like it shows on the tutorial. Quite frustrated about that. Please give me insight as to why?! What am I doing wrong?

  The theme upload functionality is exclusive to privately hosted blogs and sites using the WordPress.org software.

  This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com blog (even if they’re available at the WordPress.org theme repository).

  Thanks for getting back to me about this. OH how disappointing, so how do you not have a privately hosted blog? New and naive…………..Is there another way?
