trouble installing WordPress.org on my server

  Hi, I am trying to migrate from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, using iXwebhosting as my provider. I have purchased the domain paulgotthardt.com and the DNS Name Servers are currently set to point to WordPress. I cannot install the WordPress.org files unless I contact you for help. I don’t want to have the site down for too long and I really would appreciate your help with this process. Thanks.

  While I’d like to assist you, we at WordPress.com have no control over outside hosting providers and what they allow or their process for installing WordPress (or any other software) on their servers. If you are having difficulty installing WordPress, please contact iXwebhosting for further support, as the process would be determined by them.

  If that doesn’t help, you can try posting on the WordPress.org support forums, as others there may have further recommendations or may have used the same hosting provider. http://wordpress.org/support/
