Trouble installing Yoast

    I have admin rights to a site on wordpress but cannot add plugins because the option does not appear on the side menu. Oddly enough, somebody else with admin rights to the same website sees this option. However, when they tried to install Yoast, WordPress did not allow it because it said that they needed to upgraded to a business plan…the website is currently on a VIP plan. How should I go about resolving this issue?
