Trouble Integrating PayPal button

  I’ve followed the instructions on the WordPress help site on how to set up a PayPal DONATE button, both as a widget and as a link on my site, but they’re not working properly.

  The image of the PayPal donate button is visible, but the PayPal link goes nowhere. It doesn’t open up the PayPal donation page that I’m trying to link to.

  I’m using a Mac with Safari. Clicking directly on the link also doesn’t seem to work in Chrome, Firefox or IE.

  Any advice?

  I’m also on a Mac running Safari & wasn’t able to get the widget to link to PayPal (although, following these directions, I had no trouble posting a link to a page)
  For the widget, try this:
  Rather than a text widget, choose image.
  Copy and paste the following link in the “Image URL” field:

  

  Copy and paste your PayPal email code into the “Link URL” field
