Trouble Linking Domain: Assistance Needed with Account Status

    Dear Support Team,

    I am experiencing a domain connection issue following my transition from WordPress to GoHighLevel. Initially, I had a WordPress site and recently updated my account to use GoHighLevel WordPress. While the new setup works with one URL, I am encountering an error with another URL.

    Specifically, when accessing my domain at https://proleadweb.com/, I receive the following error message:

    “Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site. If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain.”

    I have also have other people trying to get website and works but I am the only the one that doesn’t seems to work
    I have tried clearing all caches, but the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I am in the process of transferring everything to GoHighLevel, but this problem is impeding progress.

    I am also unsure which WordPress account or service is managing my domain, as I cannot find where my domain details are currently stored or associated. Could you please assist me in identifying the correct account and resolving this domain connection issue? Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there!

    This domain is currently under another registrar so it falls outside our scope of support. That being said I can tell you that the issue is most likely the DNS A record that points to 192.0.78.25 which are our servers. Please attempt to delete that precise A record which might be interfering with the rest of the configuration. If that doesn’t work you will need to contact GoHighLevel to request the right configuration for your domain so it points to their servers.
