Trouble linking to my blog via comments on other blogs.

I have had a problem with my blog connections to other bloggers. The title of my blog was changed from costaricatropicalaffair to tropicalaffair. There is no problem for online search when clicking or typing in the new site title. However, when someone tries to connect to my blog via the comments section of another blog where I have left a comment, if they click on my user name, it comes up as “no such site can be found.” If they click on the Gravatar, all my info is displayed. I have gone into settings and profile to change all the appropriate links and still this is happening. Can anyone please help? I am trying to increase visits for my novel there. Thanks.

You cannot change the blog URL linked to your username on the comments you previously left. The change is not retroactive and they remain linked as is.

Okay, so new comments should reflect the change then? If so, thanks. I wondered about that. I will confirm with some of my other blogger connections. Thanks so much.
