trouble loading after i type in my login and password

I am trying to edit my page and i can not make it past the login page. this has been happening for a week and a half and it still will not let me in. it would be great to be able to call someone for help but i am here. has anyone else had this problem? is there a setting on my computer that is screwed up? i am using a newer apple powerbook…
