Trouble loading theme when customizing

  All worked well, then suddenly customizing of a theme not working. Bought business wordpress.com package. When selecting customize it just says custom tool loading on right side plus a blank screen. Cleared cash, tried on 3 browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Same problem. Contacted support. No success yet.
