I have this client with a wordpress website, but I cannot log in. I could for the past 3 days but I can’t anymore. I cannot view her website either. Is there something that I did wrong.

Presumably that client has a WordPress.COM username account. And you are referring to a site hosted by WordPress.COM and not to a wordpress.ORG account and software install on self hosting.
What is the username of this client?
What is the URL of the site?What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you referring to please?

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or

(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
