Trouble loggin into admin for WP client site

    Hi, I am an admin for eastsideartinstitute.org site and am currently unable to login and edit. I was working on it this morning and trying to figure out the SSL because the site still has http instead of https so visitors get alerts whenever visiting out site. Anyway, I don’t know if I changed something accidentally but now I cannot login and our home page shows a port ‘443 error’ Can you help me get back into the site please?

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with A Small Orange.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
