  I forgot my password, and I want to set a new one, but the link sent me an email does not work. I’m still trying and not working. I get this message: ‘Link to reset your password appear to be defective. Please propose a new link below.’ What should I do?

  Can you try resetting it once more?

  Then, instead of clicking the link, try copying and pasting it into your browser’s address bar. Some email clients have trouble with links.
