i am unable to access my website admin. i installed a plugin wordfence, enabla 2fa but now cant log back in kindly assist

How do I reach WordPress.com
Because when trying to sign in after inputting my login details, I can’t click on the login button it turns grey like when it’s trying to load something but nothing is happening afterwards stuck In that page for more than 20 hours. I didn’t get no propmt to input my 2fa codes so I can’t do it. Kindly assist -
