Trouble logging in

  I have had this email address for years. I am trying to give log in information to get help with my website and it is saying my email address is incorrect. When I go onto Bluehost and click ‘Log in to WordPress,’ it does it automatically with no problem. I don’t have any of the ‘proof of ownership’ you ask for, but I am getting into my site unless I try it without Bluehost!!! You guys are not making this easy….

  Just to clarify, your website is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

  The good news is that because you use the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

  The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help when you need it. You can also reach out to Bluehost Support if you need help as well.
