Trouble Logging in

I had an account associated with my email address. I bought a domain name through this account and email. Upon log in instead of taking me to my dashboard with my domain name, there is a bot like @ that is not mine and completely empty, no receipt for purchase or the blog I created or anything. But my URL is still live when you type it in and the account recently renewed for another year.
I haven’t been able to log into my account for quite some time. I can’t keep wasting money like this. I can’t locate any of the things needed to restore my account because there is an issue beyond the help desk. This has been so frustrating. Help, please.

Log out of this account you created 6 months ago and log back in to WordPress.com with the username palettevenus and the correct password.

I’m unable to login to palettevenus. I made that a while ago.. is there anyway to cancel subscription for domain. The most important thing is I’m not charged again. I haven’t even been able to access the account.

Just to clarify, I tried signing in but invalid passwords. Then I tried asking for emailed new password link but haven’t received. Is there anyway we can have a phone call? Please.
