Trouble logging in…multiple accounts

    Hi, I am having lots of trouble getting into my account and setting up my website. When I was initially setting things up I mistakenly put an incorrect email address in (email visible only to moderators and staff). This email doesn’t exist. I have tried to change the email to my correct email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), but can’t. Somehow I think I have set up a second account with this email, but it is not linked to my website jamesrussellphoto.com. Can you please help me sort all of this out. I would like my log in email to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) for my website (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there, it looks like jamesrussellphoto.com is using BlueHost nameservers. You should be able to log in at jamesrussellphoto.com/wp-login.php If you are not able to do so, please contact their support for assistance.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy etc.).

    For help with a site using the open source WP (org) software you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are experiencing. For more information on the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
