Trouble logging in/ resetting password

    I have another site through my company email ((email visible only to moderators and staff))- wellbeingforgenerations.com. We can’t get into the host account or the editor account for this site and are unable to reset our passwords. We need to update the billing details and update the site and are unable to do anything.

    Hello,

    I have verified that your wellnessforgenerations.com site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, which the software is available from WordPress.org.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
