trouble logging in with 2 different sites

  I have 2 different websites. Its been a long time since I logged in and since I didn’t set them up Im not familiar with wordpress and my web designer/admin is no help at all. It looked like I had the same username for both with different passwords but can not remember one of the passwords and can not get into that website.
