Trouble making the page I need

Hello, I want to make a page that has Topic Introductions to all my categories, so that readers can access the first of the posts on a topic and follow the train of thought from there, instead of having to work backwards all the time, but I don’t know how to go about doing that. Any ideas?

The main blog page and the automatically generated archives/authors/categories/tags pages always have the most recent entry at the top. You could always create a static page for each category and manually copy in a link to each new post you make in the order you want. This is a bit of extra work though. Some themes show the category or tag description text on the automatically generated pages which can be used as a brief introdution, which might be more useful to you.

Thanks, hallluke. I have followed your advice and made a page for each category so I can insert links to each post. I don’t mind the extra work, as long as it keeps my blog tidy and user-friendly.
