Trouble mapping my wordpress domain to my weebly site

  Hello,

  I have been successfully mapping a domain that I purchased through WordPress.com to one of my Weebly sites for a couple of years. Just recently, I accidentally let the domain name expire. I renewed it the next day without any problems, but now I cannot get it to correctly point to my weebly site anymore. The domain I’m having trouble with is “michaelwebermusic.com”.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! I just made a small adjustment to your domain’s records to make it point correctly to Weebly (according to their guide Setup a Domain You Purchased Elsewhere).

  It may take some time for that change to take effect — can you wait a couple days and see if your domain starts working again? If it doesn’t, please let me know!

  I have a similar problem. I’m trying to get Weebly to host my wordpress domain seasprogram.net but it’s not working

  @bdewsbury — I just pointed your domain seasprogram.net to Weebly. As I mentioned above, it can take some time (sometimes up to 72 hours) for a domain change like that to take effect everywhere, so in the meantime you might still see your WordPress.com site when you visit your domain.
