Trouble paying

I’ve been trying to sign up for an annual subscription for the past two days and it just keeps saying that the price is calculating, and will not allow me to submit even after entering a valid credit card number.

It sounds like the browser cache needs cleared. Please give that a try as a first step:
Then try and make the purchase again. If it doesn’t work let me know. You can also consider trying the purchase from a different browser.

Thanks. I had searched the forums after posting and tried all of the following:
– Two different browsers (Chrome and Firefox)
– Cleared the cache (twice)
– Restarted my computerNone worked. I am working on a Mac and borrowed a PC – and then it did work.

Hmm..interesting. I see that the account that you are contacting us from isn’t the account you purchased the upgrades with. Can you post in this thread under the account where you purchased the upgrades under? I would like to look into the transaction history and see if it says anything regarding your payment attempts.
