I tried making payment for my domain via the payment options given on the site but kept on receiving an error message. The error message says ‘payment is currently dissable.’ Kindly assist

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
