Trouble posting comments

  Hi-

  I just received this in my e-mail box from a fellow blogger:

  I wanted to let you know that I’ve tried to leave comments at your blog a couple of times recently and both times, I couldn’t. The typing slowed down and then a window came up asking me if I wanted to wait, as there was some kind of problem with posting a comment. I can’t remember the wording now, it was a WP warning though, not MS. So, I waited for a while but was still not able to type or post a comment so I gave up.

  Thought I should let you know in case this is happening for other visitors too. I haven’t had this problem elsewhere except for one other WP blog and that happened only once before.

  Can you please see if you can fix this.

  Hi Carol!

  I’m happy to look into this for you. To troubleshoot, I’ll need a bit more information. Can you ask the user what browser and operating system they’re currently using? Also, does this happen on all of their browsers (if they download another) or just a singular one? Lastly, does this happen on a reliable internet connection where they’ve previously had success?

  The above information will help me figure out how to best tackle the issue!
