Almost every time I click on new post on my blog the enter the info & material I click to publish & it says published but when I open it up it has all this tech jargon then my post. How do I prevent or eliminate that?

You are copying and pasting from Microsoft WORD without using the correct icons in the Visual editor to strip the junk code out.
All that junk code is caused by you copying an pasting from Microsoft WORD as it’s not web compliant. Edit the post and delete it.
