Trouble purchasing an available .com

  My debit card is not being accepted, and I am entering the correct information. I am trying to purchase a .com without the wordpress in the url. My card is valid and fine. A visa.

  Debit cards cannot be used. The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
