trouble purchasing WordPress domain from cancelled Fat Cat account

  I want to purchase a .com domain thru WordPress. Two days ago, I set up a a.wordpress site through Fat Cat , then cancelled it right away. . They said it was deleted. I now want to set it up the WordPress domain with that name and pay WordPress. But the search checking availability does not stop searching. How can I get this set up? Thanks.

  If you canceled the domain, it might take some time for it to become available (unless the domain registrar has already sold it to someone else).

  Can you check if the domain is available?
