Trouble recieving confirmation emails

I can’t seem to recurve WordPress and gravatar confirmation emails regardless of requesting ‘resend’ multiple times so please help

A gravatar account and a wordpress.com account are one in the same thing. http://en.gravatar.com/support/existing-account/
There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.
