Trouble registering a blog

  Ok I am trying to register a blog with the domain mrglass09, but it says it isnt available, however if you type in mrglass09.wordpress.com it says the blog dosnt exisist! How do I go about registering my blog under this domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When I go to http://mrglass09.wordpress.com it says, “The authors have deleted this blog. The content is no longer available.” Since it was deleted by the blog owner, that name (URL) it is gone forever. No one can ever have it again.
