Trouble renewing domain
-
When I go to renew my domain (which I get to by clicking on the pop-up screen that appears when I visit ‘buckeyebarbell.com’), after entering my credit card information I get the following message: ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’
Thank you for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account and who purchased the upgrades for the blog.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew upgrades.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityOnce the blog’s actual owner is logged in correctly for more information on what your options are, please see this document. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Hi,
It seems that you need staff help to solve this issue. I’ve added a “modlook” tag to this post, hope a staff will notice and help.
Best of luck.

@arafatbs
I already provided the relevant information which is log in as the blog’s actual owner first, or have the blog’s actual owner log in first, and then tag the thread for Staff. Tagging this thread prior to having the actual owner of the blog and the domain mapping upgrade is a waste of Staff time that indicates the blogger above ought to do thing other than waiting for Staff, when in fact, they need to act first so Staff can assist. -

@evanbyrne721
Perhaps this WHOIS will help you determine who the blogs’ actual owner who purchased the upgrade for it actually is. Form there you may be able to determine what their wordpress.COM username account is . -
Thank you timethief for your valuable message to me. I’ll keep it in mind in rffuture :)

@timethief I’ve removed the tag which was added by me. Hope the user will act as required. Thanks.
-
So do I but just in case I’ll subscribe and if that does not happen then I’ll add the tag back.

thank you for your help.
The blog’s actual owner logged in and got the exact same error as me when trying to renew the domain.
-
@evanbyrne721 — it’s still another account. I’ll contact you by ticket and also email the person who owns the upgrade. Cheers!
