Trouble Renewing my blog?

    I was sent an email that my domain: CERINAJPHOTOBLOG.COM is going to expire in a month and was instructed to go to the My Upgrades page of my dashboard. I did this and nowhere there is there a way to just renew it. It shows the I have the Free beginner plan and gives me the option to upgrade to premium or business but nowhere does it talk about renewing or about the page expiring? How do I renew and set it to auto renew in the future?

    Hello there!

    It appears as if the site you mentioned (CERINAJPHOTOBLOG.COM) is registered under a different user name. If you log in under that name (or have the other user log in, if it’s not you), you should be able to to renew your upgrades without a problem.

    Once you’re logged in as the site’s administrator/owner, you can click on the link below to renew:
    https://cerinajphotoblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
