Trouble renewing my domain with wordpress.com – Expire in 2 days.

  Hello, I need to renew my domain registration with wordpress. I current have my domain registered with WordPress but hosted with a 3rd party host. When I log-in to the account on wordpress.com, I don’t see my domain name listed and can’t seem to make any changes. Please help. The domain is http://www.escapetraveler.com It is going to expire in 2 days.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that domain.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew that domain.

  I thnk that is the problem. We registered the account 3 years ago and had it on autorenewal, but now the autorenewal credit card info needs to be updated. Because it was so long ago, we can’t recall which email we used to registerred the account. Can any one at wordpress at least tell us which email address we used to register so that we can then do the password recovery?
