Trouble saving a page

    When I visit the published/public page of my website titled ‘Portfolio,’ none of the content I’ve added appears – it’s just a blank page. When I go to edit the page, all the content appears. I’ve tried saving it multiple times but it doesn’t change. What should I do?

    Hi there!

    It looks like there were some edits made to the Page template in the Full Site Editor that could be the cause of this. Could you revert those changes back to the theme default to see if that fixes it?

    Go to your site dashboard and go to Appearance -> Editor (beta). On the screen that loads, click the top center of the page (it should default to “Header and Footer Only”) and choose “Browse all templates”.

    On the next page click the “Page” template. Once that loads, click the top center of the page again and choose “Clear all customizations”. What that will do is add the elements of the page that would allow any page content you publish to be displayed.

    Then, make sure you click the blue “Save” button in the upper right to save those changes.
