Trouble seeing Jetpack

    Hi,

    I am the web designer for ChefEliana.com (ElianaCooks). I am using her account to request help with this problem.

    https://chefeliana.com was connected to this account, but now I’ve got a problem connecting. The first issue, I get blank screens on settings and dashboard. This is a problem. I have deactivated all plugins and changed the theme to see if this problem would go away, but it doesn’t. I have checked the xmlrpc.php file is it looks right. So, I am at a loss as to why this will not work.

    Can you please help me? My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’d appreciate if you could let me know what I can do to fix this. I really need to fix this.
