Trouble shoot this XML feed?

  Afternoon everyone.

  I have a feed at: http://www.emcreg.org/rss/feed.xml

  I cant figure out why, at least on my system, this feed shows up WITHOUT the customary generic Yellow box up top that says “You are viewing a feed that contains frequently updated content” and the “Subscribe to this Feed” option in it.

  Its also not triggering my IE7 toolbar Feed Icon.

  Thoughts? Insights? Condolances?

  Actuallu, no, no blog. I just thought this forum had a wide range of RSS/XML background and have always had great feedback and knowledge.
