  I have renewed my WordPress account, when I log in, it says that I do not exist and I do not have an account. I have two accounts I would tried to shut one down but it still exists and the second one doesn’t exist at all but I have paid for a year subscription.

  What is the URL of your WordPress.com site?

  You are posting here as the username, switchmassage. This account was created in February last year, but has never created any sites with us, nor bought any upgrades from us. It looks like it has been more than a year since anyone has logged into this account.

  If you own a paid upgrade, it was bought by a different username. You need to log in as that other username to access your upgraded site.
